About The Position

The Order Management Specialist supports the needs of the business by meticulously handling order entry, coordinating work orders and truck schedules, managing inquiries via email, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and strategically documenting project details. This role is 100% on-site. The pay range for this role is fixed at $50,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Candidates with strong, relevant experience may be offered salaries toward the higher end of the range, while those earlier in their careers can expect offers aligned with the entry level of the range. This position is well-suited for candidates with strong office administration skills and precise data entry abilities. We're looking for individuals who excel in managing administrative tasks with precision and thrive in dynamic office environments.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to function well in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • High School Diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service and/or project management experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or light manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Input customer orders into the ERP system.
  • Facilitate order expediting for the sales department.
  • Generate and schedule work orders for the warehouse.
  • Address customer service inquiries concerning orders, predominantly via email.
  • Guarantee timely and budget-conscious delivery of all orders.
  • Strategize and document all elements of a designated project
