About The Position

Customer Service Representative – Order Management Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and solving problems for customers? We are seeking detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team supporting order management and customer inquiries. This role offers excellent growth potential with opportunities to advance into other departments based on performance. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO. The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements

1–2+ years of customer service, call center, or order management experience.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Positive, coachable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders and purchase orders through phone, email, and chat support.
Assist customers with order status, tracking, pricing, shipping, and product inquiries.
