Requirements

3+ years of experience in order management and customer service
Proficiency with ERP systems for order entry (SAP, Oracle, Syteline, or similar)
Experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to shipping, production, or planning
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end order processing workflows
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing operations

Responsibilities

Accurately enter and validate customer orders within an ERP system
Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and compliance with business rules
Resolve order discrepancies, exceptions, and pricing issues
Process all orders within a 48‑hour turnaround time
Monitor and manage order updates, revisions, cancellations, and credits
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, confirmations, and supporting documentation
Respond to inbound customer calls and emails related to orders, products, and services
Manage customer requests involving returns, exchanges, and order modifications
Support a dealer network (no direct interaction with end consumers)
Collaborate closely with production, planning, shipping, logistics, sales, and finance teams
Complete a structured 45–60 day training program prior to handling phone queue responsibilities
