About The Position

We are seeking a dependable team member to support the final preparation and movement of manufactured products before they leave our facility. This position plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, protected during transit, and ready for on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move materials
• Dependable attendance and positive teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in production, warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments is beneficial but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Review completed products against work orders and customer requirements
• Prepare outgoing orders using cartons, pallets, protective materials, and other packaging supplies
• Accurately identify, tag, and document finished goods
• Coordinate the transfer of completed orders to designated storage or outbound areas
• Assist with inventory organization and material handling activities
• Complete shipping records and maintain accurate order documentation
• Support daily warehouse and production operations as business needs require
• Follow workplace safety standards and maintain an orderly work environment
