About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Seasonal Greenhouse Order Fulfillment Team Member to join our team this Fall! As a key part of our greenhouse team, you will work closely with Greenhouse Production Supervisors to fulfill wholesale greenhouse orders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and efficiency are essential. We’re seeking candidates who are available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with some weekends and overtime as needed. Candidates must be able to start ASAP and work until Christmas. Possible return March 2027! Grow with Gertens today!

Requirements

Attention to detail when handling and packaging plant materials.
Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
Ability to lift 40+ pounds regularly and work in a physically demanding environment.
Comfortable working in a greenhouse environment, including standing and walking throughout the day.
Must be 18 years of age to apply.
Ability to lift 40+ pounds on a regular basis and handle repetitive tasks.

Order fulfillment/Industry knowledge experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Process orders by pulling and packaging plant materials from various growing ranges, preparing them for shipping.
Work efficiently and accurately from a checklist in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with placing, spacing, and hanging plants in the greenhouse, along with other tasks as assigned.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and with precision.
