About The Position

Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) is the distribution arm of the Kiva Confections brand, providing sales and service support for Kiva Confections and other high-quality cannabis brands in the California market. The company prides itself on delivering top-tier customer service in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for pulling inventory to fulfill account orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
• Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions

Nice To Haves

• Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy
• Prepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing
• Receive and log incoming items
• Unload delivery trucks and make sure that each inbound delivery matches the purchase order
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Maintain and operate a pallet jack and forklift
• Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC
