About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Assistant is responsible for managing and tracking asset movements, scheduling transportation, creating documentation and ensuring the timely delivery of shipments. This role requires collaboration across sourcing, manufacturing, operations, and logistics teams to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of project management, asset tracking and issue resolution, along with a strong background in logistics, supply chain operations, and procurement processes.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice To Haves

2-3 years of project management, asset tracking and issue resolution

Responsibilities

Utilize JIRA to manage supply chain projects, track assets, and monitor issue resolution.
Create and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reports to support operational visibility.
Coordinate cross-functional tasks using JIRA project boards.
Track procurement and logistics initiatives through completion.
Document processes and maintain project-related records within JIRA.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with transportation providers and logistics partners.
Monitor shipment status and proactively address potential delays.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to improve material flow and delivery performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain network.
Generate KPI reports including supplier performance, on-time delivery, and service metrics.
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data-driven insights.
Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and cost savings.
