About The Position

Cresco Labs is a leading vertically integrated cannabis company with a mission to normalize and professionalize the industry. We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Agent to accurately pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for dispensary orders, ensuring compliance with company standards and state regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and consistency of our products and ensuring timely delivery to our dispensaries. The Order Fulfillment Agent will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to our goal of revolutionizing the cannabis industry with integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards (2-3 years preferable).
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
Well-organized and ability to keep deadlines.
Ability to work effectively with peers.
Effective communication skills.
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with hands for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

Accurately picking, packing, and preparing finished goods for dispensary orders.
Retrieving products from vault storage.
Verifying batch and compliance labels on finished goods.
Matching unit counts to manifests.
Operating an order picker to retrieve products from high shelves.
Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery.
Staging outgoing orders for delivery.
Assisting as a passenger in a delivery vehicle occasionally.
Performing other duties as assigned to support operations.
