About The Position

Responsible for filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Will also be responsible for shipping and receiving inventory as well as maintaining back stock. When orders aren't being fulfilled, team members will be putting away incoming merchandise. This role is crucial for Hub operations and the timely resolution of Hub orders, involving interaction with drivers, determining part sourcing and logistics solutions, and managing all Hub records and paperwork policies.

Requirements

  • Experience in order fulfillment.
  • Ability to obtain merchandise from bins or shelves.
  • Attention to detail to ensure completeness and correctness of orders.
  • Skills in shipping and receiving inventory.
  • Ability to maintain back stock.
  • Capability to put away incoming merchandise.
  • Experience with Hub operations.
  • Ability to review Hub orders, pull parts, stage product, and finalize paperwork.
  • Good communication and interaction skills with drivers.
  • Knowledge of part sourcing and logistics solutions.
  • Ability to manage and comply with records and paperwork policies.
  • Experience with inventory activities such as Overstocks, Callbacks, and Resets.
  • Willingness to deliver parts to customers as needed.
  • Ability to assist with Front Room Inventory functions.
  • Willingness to assist with cores and defects.
  • Commitment to maintaining store cleanliness.

  • Reviewing Hub orders, pulling parts, staging product, and finalizing paperwork.
  • Interacting with Drivers on paperwork and instructions.
  • Engaging the store to facility network to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions.
  • Working with the ordering store for fulfillment options if unavailable in the network.
  • Managing and complying with all Hub records and paperwork policies and procedures.
  • Performing additional inventory activities including Overstocks, Callbacks, and Resets.
  • Safely delivering parts to customers as needed.
  • Assisting with Front Room Inventory functions.
  • Assisting with cores and defects.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and the parking lot.
