About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Order Filler Picker responsible for safely, securely, and accurately filling customer orders. The role involves replenishing or picking product using pick sheets or a handheld computer and retrieving merchandise from bins or shelves. The position is onsite and scheduled for the first shift, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at $19.75 per hour.

The role requires safe and efficient operation of stand-up material handling equipment. Electric pallet jack experience is a plus. Case-picking experience is also sought. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and works well as part of a team; experience in production, manufacturing, warehousing, general labor, quality control, material handling, loading or unloading, or picking is preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Zero to 12 months of experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Safe and efficient operation of stand-up material handling equipment is required.
• Must be detail-oriented and a team player.
• Case-picking experience is sought.

Nice To Haves

• Electric pallet jack experience.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, warehousing, general labor, quality control, material handling, loading or unloading, or picking.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments, ensuring the correct number and type of products are loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.
• Replenish or pick products using pick sheets or a handheld computer.
• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves to fill orders.
• Safely and efficiently operate stand-up material handling equipment.
