This is a full-time remote position ideal for a highly organised individual dedicated to providing crucial administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client orders and company documents, contributing directly to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in a data entry, order entry, or typist role.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with the landscaping or a related trade industry is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Accurately input client orders, project specifications, and material requests into our company database.
Transcribe, format, and type a variety of documents, including project proposals, client correspondence, and internal memos.
Review data for errors or discrepancies, performing regular checks to ensure complete data integrity.
Maintain and organise digital filing systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Liaise with internal teams to clarify information and resolve any queries related to orders or documentation.
Assist in the preparation of reports and spreadsheets as directed.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team to ensure a smooth operational workflow.
