About The Position

Sioux Chief Manufacturing is seeking a Part-Time Order Entry Representative to join their Customer Service team. This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong attention to detail and teamwork. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous order entry or customer service experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of order entry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Enter customer purchase orders accurately and promptly
  • Send order acknowledgements to customers
  • Communicate with customers and sales representatives to resolve order discrepancies
  • Verify pricing, promotions, quantities, and item details
  • Process invoices and update shipping/invoice information
  • Manage customer service emails within Salesforce
  • Assist with new account setup and other administrative support tasks
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
