As a Full-Time Order Entry/Customer Service Clerk at OW Lee in Comfort, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within our manufacturing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include processing incoming orders in our computer system within 24 to 48 hours, auditing them for accuracy regarding price, quantity, style, and more. You'll acknowledge customer orders promptly and maintain consistent communication through phone, fax, and email, addressing inquiries about order status and product availability. In addition, you'll operate various office machines, input and retrieve data, and compile reports for presentations. Collaborating with other factory departments will be essential. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure that all customer needs are met efficiently, making every day both challenging and rewarding. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service and data entry is essential
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively under minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or GED is required, or alternatively, one to three years of related experience or training
  • Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and invoices
  • Strong mathematical skills to handle calculations and basic algebra or geometry
  • Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in your work, along with consistent attendance
  • Operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:45 pm

Responsibilities
