• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient orders into the system promptly and with high accuracy.
• Verify order details including patient information, product specifications, and dosage instructions.
• Coordinate with inventory and supply teams to confirm product availability.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory requirements related to medical marijuana.
• Communicate with patients or healthcare providers to clarify order details when necessary.
• Assist with record keeping and reporting to support audits and compliance checks.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues related to orders in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order processing workflows.
