POSITION SUMMARY: The Order Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing all incoming customer orders for the company. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to manage a high-volume workload, and strong multitasking skills. The Order Entry Clerk utilizes the P21 (Prophet 21) system to manually enter orders, responds promptly to customer inquiries via email, and is cross trained to provide phone coverage for the Customer Service department as needed. This position is a 100% Onsite role
