About The Position
Individual supports retail center activity through assisting customer walk-ins, customer will call orders processing and returns processing. Duties/Responsibilities: List the essential job duties that are specific to the position. Greet customers entering will call area. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints. Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators and cash registers. Process merchandise returns and exchanges. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties. Receive, verify, and store incoming material orders; pick required quantity of material for customer processing or staging. Cycle-count all parts bins as needed. Stage material in proper location for pick-up/shipment and/or loads on trailer. Communicate effectively with others within and outside the work group. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Years of Experience Required: 1 to 2 years Experience required in: Customer facing role or warehouse order selecting. This position is working with commercial truck parts. Must be able to lift 30 - 40 lbs.
