About The Position

This position will be responsible for all customer order entry and billing functions, along with generating daily and monthly sales reports. The position reports to the General Accounting Manager. The day-to-day will be focused on producing high-quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. The job knowledge and competency will be built through structured step-by-step training with the support of management and peers. This role requires collaboration with Sales/Customer Service, Production Scheduling, and Logistics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 yrs. Experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Must be professional, personable, organized, and a team player

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Infor XA ERP software or a similar system would be helpful
  • Thrive in a hands-on environment
  • Have a strong eye for detail
  • Are a team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Order Entry and Billing function utilizing Infor XA ERP software
  • Generate daily and monthly sales reports for staff
  • Handle EDI transactions with customers
  • Closing of the monthly billing cycle
  • Serve as backup for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions and other miscellaneous functions to assist the General Accounting Manager.
