Nice To Haves
- Experience within a TMS – Transportation management system.
- Previous Logistics or Supply Chain experience.
Responsibilities
- Is responsible for creating efficient truck delivery routes for customer and interplant orders.
- Groups individual sales and transfer orders from the mainframe-based Order Processing (OP) System into optimal truck delivery routes to meet customer service requirements using Blue Yonder software.
- Deals with daily and weekly volume peaks based on sales levels. All routing functions must be completed daily, daily overtime may be required with approval from supervisor during peak seasons.
- This position works with multiple websites for booking delivery appointment, must be able to navigate through web-based programs and keep track of usernames and passwords to access online portals.
