About The Position

The Order Control Coordinator is responsible for receiving, research, order creation, and shipping activities across multiple clients. This role operates independently, provides operational continuity, and ensures client service level expectations are met. The position consolidates responsibilities previously scoped under established SLAs and ModusLink operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, stow inbound inventory and process shipments for all assigned clients while meeting established SLAs.
• Manage outgoing shipments including document creation, pallet preparation and shipment requests for multiple clients.
• Provide research support and resolve inventory and order exceptions across multiple clients.
• Create orders, close LOTs, and execute pick-and-ship activities end-to-end.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding pending LOTs, orders, and shipping status.
• Assist Business Managers with operational execution and client support.
• Define and improve operational processes and support SOP development.
• Train and support team members as needed.
• Assist with additional operational tasks, reporting, or process improvement initiatives as assigned to support business needs
