About The Position
Children’s Dental FunZone is seeking an experienced and motivated Oral Surgery Assistant to join our growing team at our Chino location! We are looking for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Oral Surgery Assistant required
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments
- X-ray certification (required)
- CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist the Oral Surgeon during surgical procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Monitor patients during and after procedures
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Take and review digital X-rays as needed
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Maintain accurate patient records
