The Oral Surgeon will provide high-end OS services to patients of all ages in one of our state-of-the-art clinics, located throughout our various regions. Experienced oral surgeons will have referrals by our own general dentists to keep them busy and highly engaged. We have flexibility in adding OS days to our schedule throughout our 40+ clinics. We are seeking oral surgeons that can provide us at least 2-4 days per month, but flexible on the formatting of those dates. Our clinics provide care to patients Monday through Saturday.

Requirements

Must have an active state license prior to starting with Rodeo Dental in the practicing state.
Ability to get credentialed by Medicaid is required.
An interest in career development and dentistry skills is required.

Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

Build trust and forge tight relationships with all Rodeo team members.
Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients.
See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including the pediatric population.
Participate in CE events hosted by Rodeo Founders and members to continue to build upon dental skillset.
Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect.
Provide proper notice when out of the office to allow essential staff to be prepared for daily patient population.
Interact with other General Practice dentists on a daily basis in a professional and cordial manner.
Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your respective clinic.
Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic.
Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture within your respective clinic.
Communicate effectively with office leader to ensure alignment on all matters going on in the clinic.
