Requirements
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.
- Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
- Keen interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Motivated by both financial success and the continuous growth of the practice.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
- Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.
- Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.
