About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Oral Surgeon in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient Oral Surgery role within a mission-driven community healthcare organization. The position offers the opportunity to perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures within an established practice environment, with flexible scheduling options available including part-time or full-time structure. It features a collaborative clinical model with integrated dental support staff and a stable outpatient environment designed to support provider autonomy and patient-focused care.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree REQUIRED
- Completion of accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency REQUIRED
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery REQUIRED
- Active Pennsylvania dental license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
- Experience with oral surgery procedures and anesthesia REQUIRED
- Strong patient-centered communication approach REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including complex extractions
- Evaluate patients using imaging and diagnostic tools
- Develop comprehensive surgical treatment plans
- Administer anesthesia and ensure patient safety during procedures
- Collaborate with dentists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Provide oral health education and preventative guidance
