About The Position

Kentuckiana Smile Partners is seeking a Senior-level Oral Surgeon to provide high-quality surgical care onsite in Louisville, KY, one day per week (8:00a-5:00p). This role supports timely access to oral surgery services through consistent clinical coverage and clear coordination with the broader care team. Key responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, performing oral surgery procedures, maintaining complete clinical documentation, and communicating post-operative instructions and follow-up needs.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD and completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Active Kentucky license (or eligibility) and current DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment
• Strong patient communication skills
• Strong documentation standards
• Ability to work independently
