Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
About The Position
Desert Oral Surgery is seeking a highly motivated, board-certified or board-eligible oral and maxillofacial surgeon to lead our Palm Springs location, with the backing of two nearby partner practices and experienced surgeons available for collaboration and coverage. This is a full-scope surgical opportunity with experienced clinical and operational support, and a clear vision for long-term growth in the Coachella Valley. Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Valid dental license in California (or in the process of obtaining)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a dedicated practice with the full support of an experienced team.
- Drive optimal patient care and focus on your desired scope of practice.
- Develop referrals and grow your practice through dedicated marketing support.
- Perform full-scope oral surgery, including Level 1 Trauma Center call.
- Collaborate with experienced surgeons at nearby locations.
