About The Position

ClearChoice is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to place dental implants for patients wanting "All-on-X" solutions. This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor role, working 1-2 days per week, typically from 7 am to 11 am. The position offers the opportunity to transform patient lives by performing 3 or more arches each day, gaining invaluable training and experience. The role involves excellent compensation paid on production in a high-volume practice, with no overhead and no non-competes. ClearChoice provides all necessary surgical equipment and an experienced surgical team. You will collaborate with an expert Prosthodontist who handles consults, treatment plans, and restorative work, while the management team handles all business needs. The working environment is described as amazing, low stress, and requires no referral management. Each ClearChoice Center is owned and operated by licensed dental experts, offering comprehensive dental implant treatment in advanced facilities equipped with modern technology like CBCT and IOS scanners, and an on-site lab.

Requirements

Graduate of a U.S. accredited four year dental school (DMD or DDS).
Post graduate U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice oral surgery.
Successfully passing a thorough background check.

Experience with the AO4 procedure.

Responsibilities

Perform dental implant surgery including the extraction of teeth and alveolectomy as necessary.
Provide safe and effective anesthesia services.
Work in close collaboration with Prosthodontist to help plan cases for the best possible results.
Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.
