About The Position

Colorado Oral Surgery, a well-established, full-scope OMS practice in a desirable metro area, is seeking a driven Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMS) to join their group in 2028. This is a Monday-Friday position within a full-scope surgical practice with the opportunity to build a thriving patient base alongside five established partners. The case mix for the new surgeon will primarily be in-office procedures with opportunities for more complex cases, including orthognathic surgery and TMJ, with mentorship available. The practice boasts a strong referral network, recently upgraded facilities and technology, and an experienced support team, enabling the surgeon to focus on high-quality care and practice growth.

Requirements

• Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMS)
• Ability to build a thriving patient base
• Interest in performing complex cases
• Willingness to participate in trauma call (optional)
• Desire for mentorship in orthognathic surgery and TMJ

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Straumann, Nobel, and other major implant systems
• Interest in orthognathic surgery and TMJ procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex extractions
• Perform bone grafting
• Diagnose and treat oral pathology
• Perform dental implant procedures (Straumann, Nobel, and other major systems)
• Participate in trauma call (optional)
• Perform orthognathic surgery and TMJ procedures (with mentorship)
