Requirements
- Strong hands‑on experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS environments
- Expertise in Oracle technical stack components (OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP services, SQL/PL‑SQL, FBDI)
- Experience planning and executing environment refresh cycles, patching, and release cutovers
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (OCI, AWS, Azure) and on‑premise integration patterns
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution‑design skills
- US Citizenship Required
- The ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance may be required for this role

Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end environment landscape, including provisioning, refresh strategy, cloning cycles, patching, configuration management, and lifecycle planning
- Coordinate environment scheduling with functional teams to support SIT, UAT, training, parallel testing, and production go‑live cycles. Manage environment access controls, service accounts, environment‑specific configurations, and audit requirements
- Serve as the primary technical authority for Oracle ERP architecture, integrations, performance optimization, and custom solution governance
- Guide technical developers, integration specialists, and report developers in adopting best‑practice standards. Advise on technical designs, APIs, cloud services, and PaaS components that integrate with Oracle ERP
- Oversee build‑pack coordination, integration deployments, migration of extensions, and release packaging through Dev → Test → Prod environments
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, interface schedules, batch jobs, OIC flows, and automated deployment routines
- Ensure synchronization of environment configurations across modules and external applications
- Partner closely with PMO, functional leads, testing teams, and DevSecOps practitioners to maintain smooth environment operations
