About The Position

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Oracle Software Developer to join our team. This is a fully remote opportunity. The role involves performing high-level engineering tasks including system architecture, detailed design, and complex testing for product development and service areas. Responsibilities include planning and conducting R&D projects, leading functional teams, and providing guidance to technical staff. The developer will interpret internal/external business issues to recommend best practices, anticipate stakeholder objections, and influence others towards new viewpoints or technical directions. Analysis of existing products and processes to recommend enhancements for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency is also a key part of the role. The developer will use software development technologies to build, test, and maintain product modules, components, and subsystems, and interact with customers, vendors, and external development partners. Participation in large system and subsystem planning, and the development of technical designs and specifications for complex software solutions for customers are also expected.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming languages
  • Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Libraries
  • Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle HRMS applications
  • Proficient in SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer, and TOAD.

  • Develops technical designs and specifications for complex software solutions for customers.
