About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Reports Developer with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate is techno-functional and has a strong background in developing reports within the HCM (Human Capital Management), ERP (Finance/GL), EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. This role involves requirements gathering, designing, developing, and maintaining complex reports, dashboards and integrations to support our Oracle Fusion Cloud system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion report development, with a focus on one or more of the following modules: HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and its components.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other database technologies.
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), FAIDP, OTBI, SmartView, and other Oracle reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Oracle Artificial Intelligence offerings is a plus.
• Experience working for a healthcare organization is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle reports for HR, Finance, and Supply Chain using Oracle Reporting, BI Publisher, FAIDP, OTBI, SmartView, FRS, and other related tools within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Design and maintain data integrations to streamline and automate data flow between Oracle Fusion Cloud and internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and integrations to improve performance and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and industry best practices.
