About The Position

We are looking for a Program Director to lead a large and complex multi-pillar Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation program for a North America-based customer. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy, executive leadership, large-scale change, and platform modernization, requiring deep credibility with CXO stakeholders. The Program Director will be accountable for orchestrating end-to-end program governance, delivery execution, risk/issue control, integrated plan & controls, and value realization to ensure the customer's Oracle Fusion ERP transformation is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business outcomes. You will work closely with business leads and process owners, play a major role in steering committees and quarterly audit reviews, and ensure an integrated plan, budget, staffing, and roadmap. You will also be responsible for establishing program controls (Risk Register, change control, reporting standards), mapping dependencies across tracks, aligning milestone achievements, and communicating the impact of risks on business operations. The role requires driving execution discipline, including status reporting, forecasts, and risk/issue monitoring, and running design authority cadences with solution/process/data/security leaders. You will ensure performance review against SOWs, identify scope creep, and monitor instance planning, testing, data, solution readiness, and resource availability. Additionally, you will lead readiness reviews, cutover governance, coordinate communications and stakeholder alignment, confirm entry/exit criteria for go-live, govern triage SLAs, backlog reduction, and trend to stability, and finally, close the program financially and hand it off to operational governance.

Requirements

Extensive Oracle programme and delivery management skills.
Experience in Retail & Manufacturing industry
Recognized as a peer and trusted advisor to CXOs rather than just being a delivery manager
Established knowledge & experience in Oracle ERP functional roles in a services firm or large enterprise.
Track-record of at least two successful end to end Oracle ERP Cloud implementations in the relevant business domain within enterprise-level organisations.
Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications, able to demonstrate the ability to align the functional area with the business requirements to support the company vision.
Well established networks, relationships and involvement in relevant activities, industry conferences, forums, thought leadership articles etc.
Ability to work at a senior level within complex organisations, able to build empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers.
Strong financial literacy, including: Budget ownership and forecasting, ROI and benefits realization, OPEX vs CAPEX considerations
Comfortable owning end‑to‑end outcomes, including tough trade‑offs
Experience creating Lean, outcome‑focused governance models, Clear decision rights across business and IT, Effective escalation and resolution paths
Ability to operate and excel in a changing and dynamic environment.
Proven capability leading organization‑wide change, not just deployment. Strong understanding of Change impact at executive, manager, and employee levels, Workforce readiness and skills transformation, Leadership role‑modeling needs
Strong presentation skills, experienced and comfortable presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring and engaging presentations.
Strong commercial acumen, sales capability, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to Operate effectively during UAT, cutover, and stabilization, Handle major risks without reactive behavior, Maintain executive confidence during high‑stress phases

Responsibilities
