About The Position

We are seeking an Oracle NetSuite Finance Sr Business Analyst (BA) with deep expertise in accounting processes within a consumer goods environment, ideally retail/fashion. This role will be central to implementing Oracle NetSuite across our finance organization, helping to design the foundation for a smarter, faster, and more connected business. The BA will partner with Finance and IT to modernize core financial processes and improve operations across multiple entities, currencies, and regions. This is an opportunity to build the foundations of an efficient and innovative fashion/retail accounting organization and become an expert in driving value through Finance innovation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle NetSuite Finance implementation, ideally in a CPG or fashion/retail organizations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Finance processes in a multi-company, multi-currency environment.
• Expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax, and Consolidation.
• Ability to document, analyze, and optimize Finance processes while aligning with system best practices.
• Proven experience in data migration, UAT, and user training.
• Familiarity with modern EPM tools such as Anaplan or Pigment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, documentation, and alignment of finance business processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax Management, and Consolidation.
• Map business processes to Oracle NetSuite standard capabilities, identifying gaps and proposing elegant solutions — always prioritizing configuration over customization.
• Drive testing, training, and user adoption, ensuring the Finance team is confident and empowered in the new system.
• Partner closely with IT peers to ensure a smooth data migration, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end integration across business domains.
• Post go-live, continue supporting Finance users in their daily operations, identifying opportunities to improve processes using AI and next-generation features.
• Be a change ambassador — helping shape a Finance function that’s efficient, insightful, and future-ready.
