About The Position

Join CTG and help deliver enterprise ERP solutions for a leading client. We are seeking a hands-on Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Developer with strong experience in JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2, Orchestrator, and Business Functions (BSFN). This role focuses on designing, developing, customizing, and supporting JD Edwards applications while collaborating with both U.S. and offshore teams to deliver high-quality ERP enhancements.

Requirements

  • Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 development experience.
  • JD Edwards Orchestrator expertise.
  • Business Functions (BSFN) development experience.
  • Strong experience with FDA, RDA, and User Defined Objects (UDOs).
  • Experience developing reports, integrations, and custom ERP functionality.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed global team environment.
  • 5+ years of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development experience.
  • Proven experience delivering EnterpriseOne customizations and enhancements.
  • Experience supporting enterprise ERP environments.
  • Experience working with offshore development teams.
  • Strong understanding of ERP development best practices and software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of JDE XML file processing is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 applications.
  • Build and customize applications using FDA, RDA, UDOs, Orchestrator, and BSFNs.
  • Develop reports, integrations, and custom business solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Analyze functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Optimize application performance, stability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore developers throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in occasional early morning or evening meetings to coordinate with India-based offshore resources.
  • Work under the guidance of a U.S.-based Project Manager to deliver project milestones on schedule.
