About The Position

We are looking for an Integration Engineer (Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC) for a 12 month contract with one of our top customers. Description: The Integration Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Boomi. This role supports the organization’s application and data integration strategy by delivering reliable, scalable, and governed integrations across Oracle SaaS applications, on-premise systems, cloud platforms, and external partners. Day to day: Support what is going live with a Program (70 integrations going live on 4/1), Implementation Partner is doing 1 month of hyper care and then it will be on this teams plate to support thins moving forward post go live. This role for the first 9 month is heavy support/keep lights on/traditional minor enhancements post implementation (not building much from scratch new integration) This person needs to be talented enough to make enhancements, but largely this role is support based. Support is not 24/7, it’s core business hours (8-5). The Integration Engineer works closely with Integration Platform Leads, Data and Analytics teams, Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure integrations meet functional, technical, and operational requirements. The role also contributes to data movement and ingestion patterns that support enterprise data platforms and analytics use cases.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience integrating Oracle SaaS applications.
  • Production support and troubleshooting experience.
  • Familiarity with secure integration practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Boomi or Azure integration services.
  • Exposure to Azure data platforms and Databricks.
  • Experience with data migration or M&A initiatives.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • SQL or scripting language proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Build and maintain integrations leveraging adapters and custom endpoints.
  • Ensure integrations follow enterprise standards for security, performance, and scalability.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into effective OIC solutions.
  • Apply enterprise integration patterns including APIs and messaging.
  • Support integrations across Oracle SaaS platforms and third-party systems.
  • Support data ingestion and movement into enterprise data platforms.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics teams for downstream consumption.
  • Execute testing plans and support deployments across environments.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.
  • Participate in incident and problem management processes.
  • Adhere to integration standards and security policies.
  • Support SOX-controlled development and audit processes.
  • Collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Participate in agile delivery and continuous improvement efforts.
