You Are: You are an Oracle Incentive Compensation Manager with deep functional expertise and strong client-facing skills. You lead workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, design and configure Oracle solutions aligned with best practices, and partner with client business and technical teams through testing and deployment. The Work: Identify functional and technical requirements and develop solution designs Lead and facilitate CRP and design workshops Guide testing, cutover, and go-live activities Build trusted client relationships and support sales pursuits when needed Collaborate with offshore and onshore delivery teams Design and implement Oracle Incentive Compensation plans, crediting, and calculation logic Configure participant hierarchies, quotas, plan components, and payment rules Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
