ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following): Oversight of Incentive Compensation team to administer incentive compensation plans, in partnership with key stakeholders, to ensure accurate and timely commission and bonus calculations and payouts. Leadership of New Hire/Change Request team to work directly with sales leaders and support partners including finance to drive the process of executing new hire offers and change requests for compensation structures Ensures accuracy in compensation structure and compliance in partnership with legal team Proactively collaborates with sales managers and finance partners to ensure accuracy with new hire offers and compensation structure changes Reviews compensation structures to achieve consistency across roles and locations Ensures management of the team around response to inquiries and requests promptly Interpret local, state and federal laws regulating compensation practices Must report in office 4 days a week
