You Are: You are an Oracle Incentive Compensation Consultant with deep functional expertise and strong client-facing skills. You lead workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, design and configure Oracle solutions aligned with best practices, and partner with client business and technical teams through testing and deployment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant/hands-on experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation
• Experience in/with at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation
• Experience working in a consulting delivery model
• Demonstrated knowledge and strong understanding of sales compensation and performance management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Nice To Haves

• You have a Oracle Sales Cloud Certification
• You have a Oracle Incentive Compensation Certification
• You have prior consulting experience

Responsibilities

• Identify functional and technical requirements and develop solution designs
• Lead and facilitate CRP and design workshops
• Guide testing, cutover, and go-live activities
• Build trusted client relationships and support sales pursuits when needed
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore delivery teams
• Design and implement Oracle Incentive Compensation plans, crediting, and calculation logic
• Configure participant hierarchies, quotas, plan components, and payment rules
