About The Position
As a Software Configuration Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Coordinate with client Integration and Data Architects, the Accenture ICM Comp Team, and the offshore DI team. This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require three days per week in the office. May also consider qualified candidates in Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Nice To Haves
- Advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter
- Strong understanding of data accessibility, usability, and performance optimization.
- Oracle Cloud Certification
