Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future. As the Oracle Health Solution Advisor - Radiology plays a key role in a large-scale electronic health record (EHR) implementation. You will lead the solution design and workflow analysis of clinical and business processes related to Oracle Health's Radiology Solution. In this role, you will guide customers through business process re-engineering and provide expert change management consulting to foster end-user adoption and minimize disruption.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience in HCIT consulting, clinical solution implementation, or client-facing application support roles.
  • Oracle Health/Cerner Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR platform
  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in clinical ancillary solutions, with a deep understanding of Radiology workflows (e.g., RadNet) from order entry to results interpretation
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical teams and clinical leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • RadNet, PACS/VNA, HL7, FHIR, DICOM Standards
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments will be critical as you work to align technical and business objectives
  • Previous Federal consulting or experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS)
  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate clinical and operational requirements into optimal solution configuration and design specifications within the Oracle Health Millennium framework
  • Ensure seamless integration of the Radiology solution with other ancillary systems (e.g., Laboratory, Pharmacy) and third-party systems like PACS/VNA, leveraging HL7 and DICOM standards
  • Guide customers through business process re-engineering and provide expert change management consulting to foster end-user adoption and minimize disruption
  • Provide expert guidance during solution build, testing, training, and go-live phases to ensure the configured solution meets project requirements and targeted outcomes.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and capitalizing on opportunities for process improvement throughout the project lifecycle
