The Solution Advisor supports the Client program through cross-functional technical coordination, and structured execution in regard to patient engagement and virtual health. You will contribute to risk identification, issue resolution, and alignment of program activities across diverse stakeholders. Your work will strengthen decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and promote successful modernization outcomes. You will support documentation, communication, and reporting essential to a highly integrated technical environment. As the Oracle Health Solution Advisor, you will:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred for senior or technical leadership roles
• Experience with Oracle Health Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Expertise with one or more Oracle Health EHR system solutions – Anatomic Pathology, Geriatrics & Extended Care, PowerChart, Acute Care Delivery, Scheduling, Behavioral Health
• Ability to analyze complex issues and support decision making
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments
• Experience with documentation and structured reporting as well as familiarity with productivity and tracking tools
• Experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS) a plus
• Must be a United States Citizen
• Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
• Willingness to travel to client sites 25% of the time and perform remote work as needed

• Experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS) a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and functional teams to support Client objectives including analysis of state workflow requirements, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and support mitigation planning
• Prepare documentation, reports and structured communications and assist in future state workflow design and diagrams
• Facilitate collaboration across stakeholder groups, track tasks, deliverables, and progress across assigned
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical or operational issues
