Joining the Huron team means you’ll help our clients evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment and optimize existing business operations, improve clinical outcomes, create a more consumer-centric healthcare experience, and drive physician, patient and employee engagement across the enterprise. Our Healthcare Digital Transformation Solutions (HDTx) team partners with leading healthcare organizations to design innovative digital strategies that solve their most complex technical challenges. We are growing a team of exceptional technical consultants who are passionate about modernizing and optimizing best-in-class EHR platforms. As an Oracle Health Consultant, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability. As the Solution Advisor for Acute Clinical Care, you will be a critical subject matter expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between the client’s inpatient clinical needs and the capabilities of the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR. You will guide stakeholders through complex workflow transformations, driving the successful design and adoption of core clinical workflows within PowerChart, and ensuring the new system enhances patient safety, clinical efficiency, and the user experience for providers and nurses. This role is focused on strategic consulting, detailed workflow design, change management, and achieving tangible clinical and operational outcomes. To excel in this senior position, you must have a strong background in inpatient clinical informatics or clinical applications consulting.
