About The Position
The Oracle Health Proposal Manager leads the planning, development, and submission of compliant, persuasive proposals for Oracle Health opportunities. This role manages the full proposal lifecycle, coordinates cross-functional contributors, ensures alignment with customer requirements and Oracle Health value propositions, and drives timely, high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and related procurement requests. Requirements
- Experience in leading the planning, development, and submission of proposals.
- Experience in managing the full proposal lifecycle.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional contributors.
- Experience in ensuring alignment with customer requirements and value propositions.
- Experience in driving timely, high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and related procurement requests.
