As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. The Opportunity As a Oracle HCM Cloud Manager, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: Lead end-to-end implementation delivery across multiple HCM modules. Own the full lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, training, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. Strong consulting skills working directly with clients, deep product expertise, and the ability to guide stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes on complex transformational programs. Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with business and IT stakeholders. Configure HCM modules (e.g. Payroll) in alignment with best practices and client processes. Produce high-quality project artifacts: solution design documents, configuration workbooks, interface specifications, conversion mapping documents, and process maps. Collaborate with project managers on plans, RAID logs, resource estimates, and status reporting; escalate risks and drive mitigation Deep functional expertise in at least two HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence/Time, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll), with working knowledge across the suite. Proven experience across the full delivery lifecycle: discovery, design, configuration, security, integrations, data migration, reporting, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare. Hands-on proficiency with: Configuration: HCM design studio, page composer, Redwood UX, journeys/Oracle ME. Data migration: HDL/HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader, HCM Extracts. Reporting: OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards, KPIs. Integrations: OIC/ICS, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, SFTP/file-based. Fast Formulas (Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Time), payroll elements, balances (if applicable). Security: role design, duty roles, aggregate privileges, data roles, approval workflows. Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills; ability to translate complex concepts into business-friendly language. Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist certifications in one or more modules (e.g., Global Human Resources, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll) strongly preferred.
