Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion development and deployment
• 5+ years in Oracle Fusion migration and modernization
• 5+ years in application architecture, middleware and data experience
• Variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems and networking
• Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

• Oracle SaaS Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP
• Application modernization understanding
• Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes
• Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies

Responsibilities

• Oracle Solution Lead for solutioning and implementing Oracle Fusion across multiple clients
• Lead functional workshops for processes across multiple modules and business functions
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state flows aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices
• Lead and Configure Oracle Fusion modules where applicable
• Develop and validate Business Process Design documents, Configuration Workbooks, Functional Design Specifications, and end-to-end process documentation
• Validate integration touchpoints with functional modules and Oracle EPM platforms
• Collaborate with Integration teams to define and test interfaces
• Lead the execution test scenarios for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and period-close simulations
• Provide support for cutover execution, period-close readiness, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare
• Collaborate with reporting teams to validate OTBI, BI Publisher, and statutory financial reports
• Contribute to Building of offering collateral and differentiated Kyndryl services
