About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Lead with a strong background in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud PTP modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Management, and integration with Inventory/Payables. A key aspect of this role involves integrating PTP with third-party systems like RF-SMART for inventory and receipt processing. You will lead the design and configuration of end-to-end PTP processes, from requisition to payment, and possess a solid understanding of inventory costing and its impact on Cost Management. Experience in a regulated industry, particularly Life Sciences/Biotech, is preferred, along with knowledge of purchasing controls and supplier qualification. This role requires the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders. Expertise in configuring approval workflows (BPM), managing security, and understanding financial integration points is essential.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud PTP implementation experience.
• Specialization in Purchasing, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Management, and Inventory/Payables integration.
• In-depth experience integrating Oracle Fusion PTP with third-party systems, particularly RF-SMART (or similar WMS/Mobile Inventory solutions) for receipt processing and inventory transactions.
• Proven track record leading the design and configuration of end-to-end PTP processes.
• Strong functional understanding of inventory costing methods and how PTP transactions impact Cost Management.
• Ability to define and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, and drive solution workshops.
• Expertise in configuring approval workflows (BPM), managing security roles, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and audit requirements.
• Familiarity with common financial integration points between PTP and Accounts Payable/General Ledger modules.
