About The Position

Azusa Solutions is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant to join our team of talented consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals. As an Oracle HCM Cloud Module Lead, you will be responsible for overall system configuration for the Oracle HCM Cloud. This role involves hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Oracle Cloud HCM applications. Candidate will collaborate closely with clients, analyze their business requirements, and design comprehensive solutions to meet the requirements. Eligibility Work must be performed in the contiguous US and involves remote work with possible scheduled on-site visits. Per federal government contract, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years with Oracle HCM Cloud with 1-2 full cycle implementation experience in the benefits module.
  • 3 years’ experience leading a team
  • 2 years’ experience planning and leading project work and reporting status to program stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of federal and commercial Human Resources business processes
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Oracle ERP or EPM Cloud
  • Other Oracle HCM Cloud experience
  • SOA integration
  • Relevant Implementation Specialist certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team and provide functional guidance for solution design that applies best practices for the solution.
  • Collaborate with the functional, development, technical, and security team and clients to design end-to-end solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud application.
  • Perform and coordinate hands-on configuration, testing, release management/deployment.
  • Identify, triage, and resolve issues and defects for assigned modules.
  • Oversee functional team and activities and report status to project management.
  • Oversee integration of the business processes from a project-wide perspective.
  • Lead project team analysis sessions, providing input on specific issues while verifying quality of deliverables.
  • Evaluate functional accuracy of customizations made to system.
  • Assist in timely resolution of functional issues.
  • Interact with necessary groups for proper functional support of team activities.
  • Support maintenance of project plans for review and approval activities.
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedule, approach, and resources.
  • Assist in planning for transition to production.
