About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion US Payroll Solution Architect to lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong Oracle Fusion Payroll functional expertise, deep understanding of US payroll legislation, Fast formula expertise and excellent client-facing consulting skills.

Requirements

• 12+ Years overall experience
• At least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• At least 3+ end-to-end Oracle US Payroll implementations
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Core HR, Workforce Structures, Legal Employers, Payroll Statutory Units (PSU), and Tax Reporting Units (TRU), Payroll Costing and GL Reconciliation
• Payroll Fast Formula hands on expertise
• Knowledge of US Federal, State, and Local Payroll Taxation
• Knowledge of Garnishments and Wage Attachments
• Knowledge of Union and Non-Union Payroll Processing
• Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Interpretation
