About The Position

Our client is a leading financial institution in the Nordic region, currently undergoing a large-scale digital transformation focused on modernising and streamlining its finance and business operations. As part of an ongoing Oracle Fusion transformation programme, we are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultants to support the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions across key finance domains. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion solutions that support critical financial processes. This is an opportunity to contribute to a long-term enterprise transformation programme within a complex and highly regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Functional Consultant within Oracle Fusion.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion implementation projects and functional solution design.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, particularly AP, AR, and accounting.
  • Experience gathering requirements and configuring solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience from large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Experience working in international transformation programmes.
  • Background in finance transformation initiatives and bookkeeping process optimisation.
  • Experience from banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to finance processes.
  • Design and configure solutions within Oracle Fusion to meet business needs.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Support implementation activities and ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Provide functional expertise within AP/AR and accounting processes.
  • Participate in workshops, solution design sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives, governance standards, and best practices.
