About The Position

Supports the design, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll during implementation and stabilization phases. This role partners Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and implementation vendors to validate payroll configuration, support testing and parallel runs, resolve payroll defects, and ensure a smooth transition to production support. This is an 8-12 month Temporary Assignment.

Responsibilities

• Support knowledge transfer to payroll operations and Time & Labor teams
• Help document standard operating procedures and support models
• Assist with creation and review of payroll design documents, test scripts, and configuration workbooks
