About The Position

AG Consulting Partners is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Solution Architect to support an immediate client engagement. This role operates as a 1099 independent contractor or via an LLC, with no benefits included. The hourly rate for this opportunity ranges between $85-100/hr, depending on experience. This is a fully remote, hourly contract position with an initial duration of approximately 6 months, with the potential to extend into a longer-term contract or convert to a contract-to-hire opportunity. As an Oracle EPM Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise EPM solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of consulting experience
  • 10+ years of Oracle EPM experience, with a strong emphasis on Planning Cloud
  • Experience leading multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations as an Architect or Technical Lead
  • Proven experience designing and delivering Oracle EPM applications
  • Strong hands-on experience across: Configuration, business rules, and calculations (Calc Manager)
  • Reporting, dashboards, and application design
  • Data integration and automation tools
  • Experience with Groovy scripting and advanced customizations
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, client-facing environments
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality documentation and delivery
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (unable to provide assistance or sponsorship for employment Visas and Visa extensions)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with additional Oracle EPM modules such as: FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close), ARCS (Account Reconciliation), EDM (Enterprise Data Management), PCM (Profitability and Cost Management)

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementations end-to-end
  • Design scalable, high-quality EPM solutions aligned to business requirements
  • Oversee technical delivery across planning, configuration, and deployment
  • Lead and guide development teams across multiple workstreams
  • Provide hands-on expertise across the Oracle EPM ecosystem, including: Planning Cloud, Calculation Manager, Web forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and drive alignment
  • Lead conversations with client stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Deliver high-quality outputs that drive clarity and confidence
  • Lead full-cycle implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Leverage tools such as: Data Exchange, EPM Integration Agent, EPM Automate (batch and scripting), Groovy scripting for advanced customizations
  • Contribute to solution planning, including RFPs, SOWs, and project plans
  • Support estimation, scoping, and delivery strategy development
